At Demandbase, I led planning, strategy, and execution for the corporate website, overseeing a cross-functional team of up to 8 — including internal employees, contractors (developers and UX designers) and 2 ad agencies — across 4 years. I worked closely with marketing teams to optimize the site experience and conversion funnel, and partnered with digital marketing to identify traffic patterns and remove friction from the customer journey.

Two major initiatives defined my tenure: a 2022 rebrand that transformed site traffic, and a 2024 rebuild focused on performance and technical health.
Directed a full site rebuild with a focus on Core Web Vitals and performance. The result: a 97 Google performance score and measurably improved UX across the board.

Beyond launches, my team introduced A/B testing, automation, and schema markup to improve discoverability and site performance. I led the migration to a new privacy and consent platform to bring the site into compliance with GDPR and CCPA requirements, ensuring both legal alignment and a seamless user experience. Throughout, I maintained a clear communication loop with stakeholders to keep deliverables on track and on brand.
I also administered quarterly budgets for contractors and the web technology stack, identifying inefficiencies that reduced financial waste by 24%.
