I worked closely with marketing teams to optimize the site experience and conversion funnel, and partnered with digital marketing to identify traffic patterns and remove friction from the customer journey.

Strategy & innovation

Beyond launches, my team introduced A/B testing, automation, and schema markup to improve discoverability and site performance. I  led the migration to a new privacy and consent platform to bring the site into compliance with GDPR and CCPA requirements, ensuring both legal alignment and a seamless user experience. Throughout, I maintained a clear communication loop with stakeholders to keep deliverables on track and on brand.

I also administered quarterly budgets for contractors and the web technology stack, identifying inefficiencies that reduced financial waste by 24%.
